Empowering Latina Girls through Coding Education

In collaboration with local schools, non-profit organizations, and community partners, Agile Talent Inc has launched The La TechLa Project. This initiative aims to close the gender and diversity gap in the tech industry by providing coding education to 1,000 Latina girls.

Through The La TechLa Project, we are committed to empowering young Latina girls to become future leaders in technology. We believe that everyone should have equal opportunities to succeed in the digital age.

Why The La TechLa Project Matters

Latinx communities are underrepresented in the tech industry, and young Latina girls often face additional barriers when it comes to accessing computer science education. The La TechLa Project aims to address this disparity by offering coding workshops, mentoring programs, and career development resources tailored specifically for Latina girls.

By teaching 1,000 Latina girls to code, we hope to inspire and equip them with the skills and confidence needed to pursue careers in technology. Through our comprehensive curriculum, participants will learn programming languages, web development, app creation, and problem-solving skills.
